Gixen didn't bid on item

Received this message on a Gixen bid item: "Ebay Error: Purchase Limit Exceeded"
I have never received this message before. It happened for a snipe bid on eBay item #195053658851.

In order to get that message Gixen must have tried to place the bid.

That's because that will be an interpretation of what Ebay responded with when it tried.

Most likely it will be because Ebay now wants more verification from you, things like registering a credit card with them, and verifying your telephone number. Sometimes Ebay do wait a long time before they start imposing such restrictions.

Gixen never does impose such limitations, if you are able to schedule your snipe Gixen will do it's best based on the information you provide about how much you are willing to pay, but there isn't any way Gixen can override restrictions that Ebay decide to impose.
