Suggestion: Different kind of group bid

So sometimes I find myself wanting an item from a seller only if I've already won another item from them, for the sake of combined shipping discounts. Would it be difficult to implement a sort of "opposite group bid" where continued bids in a group are predicated upon the first item winning?

This already exists, it is known as Contingency Group bidding, but you have to enable it on the Settings page before you can use it.
