DST, PR6 & Other

Well, this was the first daylight savings time switch that went smoothly. I haven't even noticed it. In fact, it is now evident to me that previous switches were troubled mostly because I misunderstood some aspects of it.

The latest pagerank export (thanks nochkin for this information) shows that Gixen was awarded PR 6 by Google. Wow, what a change, I'm now in risk of becoming a Google lover, after all the troubles with them. If only they were not so big & powerful (and feared).

Despite the PR 6, Auction Sniper is still the first on the result page for "ebay sniper", even though they only have PR 5. I wonder what the reason is... Convenient name and domain name? Better title tag? Or larger user base that recommends it with "thumbs up" on the Google toolbar? Who knows... But I can't be unhappy with everything so far, and I'm quite optimistic that Gixen will be first (and largest) very soon. Second place is fantastic after all.
