Can I have my subscription changed over to the one year didn't understand the payment menu and ended up purchasing the chunk subscription and meant to by the one year sub

Please can you send this request via email to Mario directly at the support address provided on the Contact Tab.
I imagine that, if you wanted a recurring subscription, since the scheduling of payments is handled by Paypal, it would need to involve a refund for the chunks and you subscribing again for the different payment arrangements of a recurring subscription.
Please provide your Gixen Id in all correspondence.
