Gixen unresponsive after login (desktop)

Hi,

I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. Gixen is loading very slow for me over the past few days. On the desktop, after login, the website doesn't go past the loading page. On the mobile app it is slightly better, but still loads very slow.

Not sure if there's something I could do on my end to improve the situation. I have been using Gixen many years and only find this an issue now.

However, even on the desktop, the support forum is loading slow as well.

You seem to be the only one reporting this as an issue right now... so it might be more of an issue with your ISP than with the site itself.

Are there any other websites that appear to be running slow ?

Have you tried using a different browser, just to see if that makes any difference ?

It happened across mutiple platforms and browsers. Maybe its the # of snipes I have queued (52?).

In any case, it seems to be better now and what worked for me was using Gixen in Incognito mode.

I wouldn't regard 52 as an excessive number of snipes. It would only be when it got to over 200 I'd start thinking that might be part of the issue.
