Guys , when I click edit to initiate a snipe , the upper window does not appear where i would insert the monetary value of my snipe and change lead times . Thank you for your time , John

Is this about a browser plug-in ?

If so, which one?... What browser are you using?... Which Ebay site are you looking at ?
