Gixen Failed to Place My Winning Bid

(many years using Gixen, never seen this before)
I had a bid set of ?GBP 107.79 which Gixen failed to place.
The winning bid was ?GBP 104.22 so my bid was ?GBP 3.57 higher, more than the bid increment.
So why did Gixen fail to place my bid?
