On the web interface this field is not populated in real time. It's updated periodically, more often as the end time approaches.
If you want or require more frequent updates and have a Windows based computer, please download the desktop manager and set the update schedule that you prefer. This uses the resources of your own computer to retrieve the auction prices from Ebay.
