How do I change my password?

seems like it should be easy to do but I can't seem to figure out how to update/change my password. Should I click on the forgot password link on the login page? (I didn't forget but if that's how I do it...ok.

I've tried this repeatedly and don't receive any email. I've check the spam folder and it isn't there either.

I know my current password. Can't I just change it?

If you can't get that process to work, please email Mario direct at the support address provided on the Contact page.

Please always include your Gixen id in such communication. Also, wherever possible, use the email address that you have registered with Gixen, since sending from that address to Gixen may also help remove any block that your provider may have implemented that may be preventing you from receiving the ones that it's sending automatically.
