I cant snipe due to my account needing to be authorised/linked to ebay it says 'Your ebay authorization has expired or expires in less than 10 days. Please renew it on the Gixen settings page or your snipes may fail' BUT I cant link it as it says I'm using a different ip address (not aware that I am!??) AND the snipe page says ' Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Mon, Oct 27, 2025'

Your Mirror subscription is a different thing from what's being flagged here.

Your subscription is what you pay for and is administered from the first section of the Gixen Settings page.

Your Authorisation is the permission that you give Gixen to bid on your behalf and is administered from the second section of the Gixen Settings page.

Is it the Gixen site or the Ebay site that is flagging you using different IP addresses ? I suspect this might be an issue on the Ebay side of things.

It's worth trying in a different browser, if you have one, or on a different computer entirely.

I think that same message is presented by Gixen when it finds you have an invalid authorisation, as when it detects it is about to run out, Ebay automatically revokes it after 18 months. Authorisations can be invalidated on the Ebay side, so, for instance, this always happens when you change any of your credentials with them, like Ebay password or Ebay user name; then the fact you did the renewal less than 18 months ago is irrelevant, but is still what is reflected in the second section of the Gixen Settings page. It's also possible for you to remove the authorisation manually, while logged into your Ebay account, if you know where to look for it.
