Snipes did not bid

Just checked 2 of my snipes from yesterday and they both have an error message.
\"You are not eligible to bid on this item\".
Any ideas what has caused this please?

Can be one of a few reasons, like age restrictions when Ebay does not know your age, not having credit cards registered with Ebay, or being blocked directly by the seller.

So, some indication as to your interaction with that seller, or what the item is, in what jurisdiction, even what price range it was in, might shed further light on the specifics.
