Refresh is not working

I have only 3 snipes. When I click the \"Refresh\" button I get an empty list. I have to choose \"My Snipes\" to see my list again, but it doesn't seem to be Refreshing the list because the current high bid value is inaccurate. This has been going on for a few days. One example of an item that doesn't show the current high bid is eBay item 127817816168.

FYI - I am using the latest version of Chrome.

I can confirm the issue, same thing with Firefox 140.8.0esr on Linux and Chrome on Android.

I agree that there seems to have been some sort of update in this area over the past few days.

I'm tending to select the 'GIXEN MAIN' tab after selecting a 'REFRESH', in order to redisplay the list of snipes.

For non Mirror subscribers I note that the 'REFRESH' button still has no function at all, which I've previously highlighted and suggested should be fixed/changed, if only to remove the button completely for such users.

It should also be noted that the function is not there to be selected repeatedly over a short period of time, and be expected to perform a full price update from Ebay every time, it's extremely resource intensive to do that, and is certainly discouraged. I suspect it's also programmatically limited in order to preserve resources to perform the essential task of placing bids on auctions, at the right time. To be clear, I'm not accusing anyone of doing that, just pointing it out to all casual readers of this thread, and trying to manage expectations as to what it will do when working perfectly, or at least, as intended.

I agree, we'd all expect the full snipe list to be displayed after the required processing is completed (even if that's limited), and that's not happening at the moment.

My apology, I made some changes and inadvertently introduced a bug. This should be fixed now.

I'm having issues that appeared in the same time, but with iOS App that was working fine till this week.
The issue is still present after your post.

Unfortunately the issue is still present.

Using iPhone SE2 with iOS 26.4.1 upgraded recently from 26.3.* just to see if the issue with Gixen would fix that.
I'm using DuckDuckGo as default web browser App instead of Safari, if that makes a difference for the App.

When opening App all I can see is the Menu, but no items list, no matter what I click.

Already tried to reinstall the app in order to clear the cache and made re-authentication to eBay. But that was before you responded me here.[/img]
