how do you cancel subscription to mirror service?

How do you cancel a mirror subscription auto renewal? I dont recall ever subscribing but i checked my settings today and it says i have been subscribed for years. how do i ensure it doesnt renew again for my renewal date in october?

To a certain extent that depends on how your auto renewal is going to be paid.

By far the most common is with a recurring payment from a Paypal account. So, I'll consider that first.

Go to the Settings page by pushing the button on the My Snipes page. Under the fiirst section you should see links to the payments that you have made for that Gixen account. By clicking on those links should take you to Paypal, and once logged in there you can cancel the recurring payment on their site.

If you have been paying via credit card on stripe the process may be a bit different but Stripe should also give you an option to cancel the agreement you made via them... however, if that doesn't bear fruit you might have to approach the credit card company itself and ask them to block future payments.
