Hi,
my Gixen username is superfictitious and my eBay username is superfi_85.
My eBay OAuth authorization is active until 2028, but when I click ?gixen main ? chicago? I still get error (33) ?password does not match?.
In addition, Gixen loses my login session every time I click any link (it returns to the login page).
I already deleted old credentials, reset my Gixen password, logged out/in, and re-authorized eBay.
It seems my account is stuck in a legacy/modern hybrid state.
Could you please reset my account so OAuth and session handling work properly?
Thank you. |

Have you tried a different browser ?
Which one do you usually use ?
Do you have any extensions installed on your browser that might be interacting with the site functions ?... Like blockers.
Has it ever worked as you expect it to ?.. or has this been the behaviour right from the start ? _________________ Mark |

It used to work perfectly a few month ago, with firefox (the same I use today).
should I try another browser?
I have ublock origin, as I used to have before. But the problem happens even when it is deactivated. |

| at present time I see I could \"Add new snipe\", but I'm not yet willing to: if my account is so unstable I'll be waiting for a solution. |

it seems that removing ublock origin, and changing browser, something has gotten better.
no more unwanted logout, I can surf gixen site normally.
But how can I be sure that now gixen is actually linked to my ebay? |

Logging in doesn't change the forums, those are always open access, without the need to be logged in, by design.
You can check that your account is linked properly in the second section of the Settings page.
It does sound like it's Firefox that is causing the issues you are experiencing. I'd suggest removing at least the Gixen cookies, which will log you out again and starting again. It might be an advantage to reduce the size of the cache that you are using too... I find clearing that out completely often helps speed up Firefox after sustained use for a number of months. _________________ Mark |
