Firstly, I assume you are getting the reset emails ?... If not, what follows does not apply and I'd recommend making sure you can retrieve your Gixen id from the system, using your registered email address, first:

https://www.gixen.com/forgotusername.php

Once you've confirmed that, I think it's possible, with too many incorrect attempts, to get your id locked.

If that's the case Mario would need to intervene to free it up. He can be contacted directly via email at the support address given on the Contact page.

Make sure to include your Gixen id, in all such communications.
