The first 3 times I used you have been a great experience. I avoided getting caught up in a bidding war and going too high on the first item (did not win), won the second item for $103 when I was prepared to go to $277, and won the third item for $76 when I was prepared to go to $132...and I didn't have to be glued to the computer trying to count the seconds to manually snipe.
