| My ebay account was disabled last night after they suspected it had been compromised. I now have a new password and need to update my gixen account. Please can someone advise. many thanks |

Until you get a more authoritive answer, I believe if you simply login with your username and new password that will effectively reset your a/c. My understanding is that the ebay password used for your snipes is set by how you log in to Gixen. You will have to reset any upcoming snipes though, as all the old ones will be effectively cancelled by the password change.
