Okay, I already entered a bid on an auction.
If I now use gixen and give it a high bid, will it outbid myself, since I already made a bid?
For example, if I bid 21,500 already and then use Gixen to bid 22,202 what will it do?
Thanks |

It seems to be a question that is asked and answered many times, most recently on this thread:
http://www.gixen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2955
... perhaps we need a FAQ on the subject.
May I ask why people think it is a good idea to bid on items and then set snipes as well, I cant understand the logic personally. _________________ Mark |

I only recently discovered the art of sniping and Gixen (which I'm loving btw!).
At the time of learning about & signing up for Gixen, I had a few items with bids already placed but had been outbid prior to the auction ending. So I used Gixen to snipe them with a higher maximum. My last lot of 'pre Gixen' items just finished tonight, so there's no reason for me to enter bids manually anymore.
Anyway - I guess that could be one reason why this question would be asked |

Maybe that is it, people that have only just discovered sniping.
Thank you, and good luck with your future sniping. _________________ Mark |
