I had planned a snipe at 51 for an item but it actually ended at 35 afterwards...

So that means my snipe didn't work. (so disappointing...)

I get the "unknown error" message and then "Error log not found. Please contact Gixen support. "

What does that mean? what went wrong?

I added a new item in gixen and bid 12.70 but the auction ended at 4.99 EUR and I wasn't able to bid. the message says UNKNOWN ERROR (6)

this is the first time something like that happens to me. I usually don't have any problems with gixen and I'm very satisfied with the existence of the programme. could you please expain why this happened and if I'm going to be able to use gixen again.
is it possible that this has something to do with my recent change of password on ebay?

... though perhaps not the most likely explanation... eBay are more likely to require additional verification soon after you change your password.
