| I entered a bid this morning for an item finishing about 8 hours later. No bid was made. Could anyone tell me why? |

Was your snipe value more than 17.35?
What was the status of the snipe here on Gixen after the auction had ended?

A bid can only be placed if eBay will accept it at the time Gixen has been asked to place it.
In this case the bid was too low at that time.
On eBay it isn't possible to place bids that are of an amount lower than one bid increment above the current auction price.
