refreshing

How can you refresh your items. I can go on ebay and see one price but in Gixen I see another. I switch to the mirrored site and back and nothing. I have to go through the modify cycle to get the site to refresh...what am I doing wrong. Clicking refresh from the browser doesn't work...

You can't - there is a background process that refreshes prices every hour or two for mirror users, less frequent for free users. That field is there for information only, it has no effect on sniping, and is impossible to update in real-time for all the scheduled snipes Gixen maintains.

If you want real-time price updates, use Gixen Desktop Manager (mirror subscription required). That way all the price updates are conducted from your own desktop.
