I haven't used Gixen before so I was concerned it might not snipe in time so approximately 10 seconds before the end of the auction I placed a manual bid. If Gixen had worked, wouldn't it show me making another bid 6 seconds before the end of the auction? eBay only shows my one bid (which I won) that I did manually.

With your manual bid you could well have blocked Gixen from placing your snipe bid.

eBay does not allow you to place the same bid twice.

To investigate further you would need to tell us the item number, the amount of your manual bid, the amount of your snipe and the status that Gixen provided after the auction had completed.
