I'm really disappointed I didn't even get the chance to bid. My max snipe bid was way higher than selling price
'Sign in info not valid'. Would you please clarify why it wasn't. |

That usually happens if you have changed your eBay password after submitting your snipe here on Gixen.
Alternatively if you use eBay credentials that were valid the last time that you logged into Gixen to log in again, Gixen does not check back with eBay if the credentials you use here are the same as the last time you logged into Gixen.
Have you changed your eBay credentials recently?

No they're exactly the same. I want to snipe again but am worried it won't work  |

If you use unusual characters in your credentials (like currency symbols) this can occasionally mess up the procedure for Gixen to log into eBay on your account.
If this is the case it is probably best not to use those characters... to discuss this further it would be best for you to contact Mario via email... if you do so do not include your eBay password in the email, it is not secure to do so over that medium, it would be useful if you told him your eBay id and any unusual characters in your password though.
