Hi,
I have 2 accounts, one 1 I get little picture at the side of the item number so I can see what I have left a snipe on & on this account no picture, both are full accounts, any idea why?

You have to enable that feature on the Settings page of each account independently.

Maybe you have not enabled it on the account that does not have the images?
