Newbie issues with mirror and multi-win

I'm all for the idea of sniping, no longer have a reliable network connection and wanted the multi-win feature on day one so signed up for the mirror option.

1) Not that it seems to matter but snipes submitted on the "main" tab with offsets for main and mirror never show up on "mirror".

2) I made each auction part of my "Group 1" and set group one to let me win three items. When the first was won (after about five losses) the remaining auctions changed state from scheduled to canceled.
I don't seem to be getting either of the promised benefits that promoted the quick contribution. Am I doing something wrong?

1) Group snipes are never copied over to mirror.
2) Multi-win snipes have to be enabled and configured on the settings page first. E.g. you need to specify how many wins before cancelling the rest of snipes in the group. You were using regular groups, not multi-win groups.

Yes, it sounds like you have configured the first Group but not selected the additional option to enable Multi Win Groups.

The setting for the Group will have no effect unless the Multi Win Group option is also enabled.

Okay, so what's the recommended course of action? On the settings page I see this:

"Current status: Multi-win group bidding is enabled. Enable Group Items to win before canceling remaining Group 1 3"

which sure looks enabled. I went down the list and pressed edit - modify on each one when I saw the cancellations. Will I win another one, another three, or another two with the completed one still counting?

Should I make a new "group two" set to win two and move the remaining scheduled bids into that group?

And apparently I'm not human enough to postbtoday. The image-text pair for the one that looks like 31DD37 never matches. I save and wait.

Once a Group has no active auctions it starts the count again.

After the cancellations you must have had no active auctions in Group 1. The completed one won't count any more if cancellations have occurred.

Do you have the counts of the number to win on the snipes you have set up?... If so what are the numbers against each snipe in the Group?... Are they all the same?

I think it best if you start again, as you suggest, configure Group 2 to win 2 items and then place all the active auctions in that Group... you don't want to use Group 1 if that is configured to win 3... (you could of course configure Group 1 to win 2, if you wish... but you must remember to edit all your snipes in that Group after you do it as the configuration only takes effect once you do that).
