default site and application time - minor request .

Hi

Pls add 4 and 5 sec to default site and application dropdown
I can set it manually for each snip but cannot select as default .

( only 3 and 6 are allowed )

I like the 4 sec , it has great results
5 is failover if i have 2 snips on same time .
