Unable to use Gixen

This is my first time using (trying to use) Gixen, although my husband has used it before. I am getting an error message when trying to add an item:

This item is not available for purchase on eBay United States. Your target site may be set wrong.

Could not add this item (33227282238)(1, 2).


I have checked that the settings are all for UK - please let me know what I am doing wrong.

That definitely isn't a valid Ebay auction number.

Perhaps you have missed out a digit? They should have 12 digits, not 11.
