Im being asked to open a new account! I already have one

Gixen now sucks.
I paid for a year subscription. Then you have the bright idea to change everything. Now I am being asked to open a new account! I followed all instructions when you made the changes which has not made the slightest difference to logging in & setting snipes until today....now I can no longer log in after losing a snipe & I'm using the same password as the one on eBay & the same password I used to set the snip.

WHAT IS GOING ON MARIO!

I'm confused about what you are doing... Gixen no longer prompts for Ebay credentials. Do you mean that you are entering your new Gixen credentials, or not ?

Please can we have less expletives and more explanation about exactly which site you are entering which details on (not here I presume, .net ?)... and which button you are pressing ('Log in Now' and not 'Sign Up', but that is another guess I have to make).

I think you'll find we get along much better and reach a resolution, that you'll be happy with, much sooner if we approach it that way... don't you ?
