Wont log in to paid service

I have paid well in advance yet when i sign in on my phone now it accepts my username and password however shows me as unpaid. Its been doing this for about 2/3 months. Then sometimes it works fine. Ive logged out and then back in but it still doesnt work. Very frustrating. I love gixen so much that im happy to pay for it. Please help.

Is djphilthy your Gixen id ?

Is your Ebay id different from your Gixen id ? That is recommended but not enforced.
