When posting a problem to this forum, please provide as much of the following information as you feel comfortable with:
1. The description of the problem (or your question).
2. The eBay item number of the auction and/or your eBay userID (but not your password: never post or email your eBay password to anyone).
If you are uncomfortable posting any of this to a public forum, you may email it directly to the system administrator at <support@gixen.com>. However, more people will be able to read and perhaps answer your question sooner if you post it to this forum. |
