bid cancelled in gixen and I lost the item in ebay

I had two items that I had set up in gixen to be bid, one of the them gixen won for me but the other bid was cancelled , can you please check and let me know what happened with my second bid.

Did you place these items into the same group ?

If so that is what is supposed to happen, regular groups are used to enable you to automatically only win one item from the group. If you want to win them all you shouldn't use the grouping function at all.
