Yes, once logged in, select the 'Settings' button near the top of the page.

On the page that comes up select the 'Unlink eBay account' link.

Then you can link a different Ebay account, to your Gixen account, by using the 'Re-authorize Gixen on your eBay account' link just above the one you just selected.
