I tried to bid today but received a 'Access Level Upgrade Required In order to proceed, please provide additional details about yourself. Go to ebay.com/up'
I had successfully used gixen before on this account with the phone app. My paypal is linked and I have made purchases before. I tried a manual bid right after and that worked fine.
I really don't want to miss another snipe, and non of the problems other gixen users who recieved this message had, applies to me. What do I do? |
