Cannot LogIn

I can't log in. I signed up twice but always get the error:

"Please sign up first at wXw.gixen.com. You cannot any longer log in with your eBay username and password, now you need to sign up and get Gixen username and password."

Any ideas?

I'd suggest choosing a different Gixen id, also it is advisable to choose a Gixen id that is different from your Ebay id, to avoid any confusion.

Perhaps someone else previously had an Ebay id that they used with Gixen that had the name you have now chosen as your Gixen id, unfortunately that would mean you can no longer use that name for that purpose.

Since you thought you had already managed to create a Gixen account, you might also like to use this page to check whether or not Gixen has managed to create any accounts that are assigned to you which you might wish to recover or delete.
