| Hi, I recently signed up and paid for your Gixen Mirror service but my account is still showing as I don't have the Mirror service active on my account but I have paid by paypal. Does this take time to activate? |

It's usually pretty quick.
Is it possible that you have set up more than one Gixen account ?
The payment should have a reference to the account that it relates to, is this exactly the same as the one you are looking at ?

Can you confirm that the Gixen id reference in the payment email, that you got from Paypal, is exactly the same as the Gixen id that you are logging in to ?
Otherwise you could also check that you only have one Gixen id set up using this page.

| I cancelled one payment plan and issued a refund. When you subscribe to recurring payments, please don't subscribe twice. |
