Paying in dollars from a UK based Paypal account isn't a big problem is it?
Paypal do the conversion before charging your credit card or bank account in sterling and they have a pretty reasonable exchange rate only 2.5% over mid market rates, better than you would get from most banks.
What use would Mario have for a sterling balance in Paypal, he would just have to convert it to dollars before he could pay for Gixen services with it.
