Auction just ended and I got that message:
EBAY ERROR: SELLER NOT ACCEPTING BID
Not critical. Just curious as to what happened. My bid, not accepted, was about $9 above the winning bid of $26.

| The seller put some restriction in place. You will have to contact him to find out which one. |

Occasionally sellers impose restrictions that they didn't intend to, either they don't understand what the restriction means and implies or they dont consider carefully enough the consequences of imposing the restrictions that they are presented with.
