Well, I'm officially a proponent of Gixen! I just discovered this service (haven't really used ebay a lot lately) ... I was just searching around for the best way to win an auction, as there was a recent listing that was a GREAT DEAL and highly desirable in my niche hobby, and stumbled upon this site.

I tested it out with a few small/cheap items, and it worked really well (I won three easily, one I was outbid before Gixen put in a bid, and I think another I was outbid in the end) - I was satisfied with how it worked.

On the item(s) I really wanted, I put in a bid (using some tips I found to make it an odd number and such) and it worked! Gixen came through! I won!
