Password reset mail not working

So I need to reset my Gixen password, have tried multiple times but no email comes through.

I am sure my ID is correct -the reminder for forgotten login works fine, and sends a mail. But then requesting a password reset nothing happens. And yeah, checked my junk mail folder.
