Hi - I've paid for a subscription but still get the countdown timer.

Please email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above.

In that email please provide your Gixen id, your Ebay id, and any information you have regarding your subscription... so things like when it was paid, the Paypal transaction number etc.
