Gixen boxes not showing on ebay item pages

Hi
Gixen is working very well on one computer.
On my other computer all was well until a while ago when the Gixen bid boxes which used to show on the Ebay pages no longer appear.
I have tried logging out and in again to both Ebay and Gixen, and rebooting the computer but cannot change the problem.
The other computer shows Gixen correctly still.
Can anyone help please?

Presumably this is in Firefox, and it's an issue you are having with the Autosnipe software.

As a first step I'd check that you have the latest version of that software installed on that machine, it's accessible by first clicking the link which I've provided in the first paragraph.
