For ebay account just re-authorize / re-link. See https://www.gixen.com/blog/ebay-third-party-authorizations/

For the password change, use https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php

These are two different questions because your Gixen account is not the same thing as your Ebay account.

It is also not recommended that you use the same credentials for your Gixen account as for your Ebay one, however it is impossible for Gixen to enforce this, it does not know your Ebay password.

So, the first question, you can change the Ebay account that Gixen places the bid on using the second section of the Settings page which gets displayed when you push the Settings button on the snipes page after you have logged in here via the web interface. The process is detailed with images here:

The second question, you can change the password associated with your Gixen account as per the FAQ page:

What happens if I mistype my password while logging in?
You will not be able to log in. You can reset your password by using the following form: Forgot password form.

The password change is not emailing me a link to change my password. I even tried changing my email address and I still haven't received the reset code.

Have you checked that your account is associated with the email address you are monitoring using this page:

https://www.gixen.com/forgotusername.php

If that's working your next step should be to contact Mario direct, via email at the support address given on the Contact page.

In all correspondence, please provide your Gixen id and a short explanation of the issue you are having trying to change the password for it.
