Tried to cancel sub. No reply and another payment taken!

I emailed on 7th June to cancel a subscription I want even aware I had!
These payments are being taken from a PayPal credit facility that I don't even use.
Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect.

If Paypal are taking payments that you have not authorised, it is best that you ask them directly to refund you and cancel any future payments.

It is on their site that all this is controlled, Gixen doesn't request payments, Paypal sends them, and they claim only to ever do so with your permission.

That said, if you want Mario to take the extra action of refusing these payments from his end, please email him directly at the support address provided on the Contact page. P.ease always include your Gixen id in such contact and in this case details of the payments made might enable Mario to find them and refund them for you. Obviously, once payments are cancelled and refunded your subscription should also get updated to reflect this, please take care not to sign up to any further subscriptions, that you do not need, via Paypal.
