Mirror annual subscription issue

I've had an annual mirror subscription for a fair few years now charged at $6.15. The paypal renewal payment went through on 1st Oct 25 but my gixen homepage says my subscription has expired and snipes are failing.

Please be aware that if you have more than one Gixen account you can transfer a Gixen subscription between them using the 'Mirror Transfer Form' which is accessed from the 'Transfer your mirror subscription' section of the 'Settings' page which is accessed from the 'Settings' button on the 'My Snipes' page, after you have logged in here.

Your subscription is fine, but your ebay authorization has expired.

eBay requires that you renew the authorization every 18 months or whenever you change your ebay password or username. This is free of charge.
