It will be because you've signed up for a subscription multiple times.
Gixen doesn't request money from Paypal, it is sent by Paypal on the schedule that you sign up to when you create a subscription.
You should be able to find the transaction details on the Settings page, after the first section. If you click on the links for those payments it should take you to Paypal where you can change the payment method/or completely cancel future payments etc.
If, as reflected by when your current subscription is due to expire on the Settings page, you've now purchased more subscription than you need and want a refund, together with a reduction in that term you'll need to contact Mario direct via email at the support address provided on the Contact page. When requesting please make sure to include the Gixen id that payments relate to and which Paypal transactions and what amounts you'd like refunding. _________________ Mark |
