Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help with what appears to be an account issue.
My Gixen Mirror account suddenly started showing that my Mirror subscription expired on June 25, 2026. Since then, my account has been treated as a free account, showing ads and preventing me from scheduling additional snipes.
However:
- PayPal shows my annual $9.99 Mirror subscription is ACTIVE.
- The next PayPal payment is scheduled for July 5, 2026.
- The Gixen Settings page also shows my annual subscription as ACTIVE.
One thing that may be relevant is that on June 5, 2025, I originally subscribed to the $2.99/month Mirror plan. About a month later I cancelled that subscription and switched to the $9.99/year plan. I'm wondering if my account is somehow still referencing the old monthly subscription.
I've also emailed support a few days ago but haven't received a response yet.
Could someone please take a look at my account?

This was exactly the right thing to do in these circumstances, because Mario is the only one that can look into this and make any necessary changes behind the scenes.
Sometimes it can take a few days for him to be able to catch up when there's a lot of emails coming in though.
Did you claim and/or get any refund on the $2.99 monthly plan ? _________________ Mark |
